What sets us apart.

Slye's Painting offers two years of worry free touch up at NO COST. We take care of all nail pops, stress cracks and minor imperfections that may come with age, kids, pets etc. So for two years, once a year you can schedule us to come do an inspection of the areas we painted and we will touch up accordingly. This also includes any trim that may have cracked around door casings, crown molding and baseboards.

• Please make sure paint is on site.
• Furniture is away from the walls.
• If animals are present, please keep away from areas that
• need work.
• Water access

Maintenance Exclusions

• Major repairs that are not included in the maintenance cycle such as: drywall cut outs, tape lines, skim work.
• 
  
• Painting walls taller than 10 foot or higher (corner to corner)
• 
  
• Walls with a semi-gloss sheen
